who we are
The Verity Centre was founded by Marianne Withers. Marianne is a known leader in the contact centre industry with over 30 years experience, offering valuable knowledge and expertise, with a youthful, inventive and excitable approach to technology led solutions.
From working her way up to becoming UK Operations Director for one of the leading BPO outsourcers, Marianne moved into Operational & Technology Consultancy for several years, before setting up and being Chief Operational Officer for a specialist outsourcer for over 6 years. In 2021 Marianne decided to establish The Verity Centre, a tech empowered, specialist, boutique contact centre.
Derwyn has been involved in senior roles in Business Process Outsourcing for over 30 years working with global organisations such as BT, Dell and SITEL both in Europe and the USA. In 2006 he set up The Panther Group which had brands such as Pell & Bales and Spokenfor.
In 2013 it was bought by Parseq Ltd and Derwyn remained as CEO of the combined group for a further 3 years before joining UltraComms, a leading contact centre software provider as Chief Executive.
During the next 4 years UltraComms became a multi million pound leader in its market and in 2020 it was purchased by Babble Ltd. Derwyn continues to invest and mentor in start ups and SME’s.
