We started to work with TVC on a small outbound project and before long we were utilising their service to support our 6-month peak in inbound demand.

We at OneClickCover Limited were delighted when Marianne and her team set up The Verity Centre and were very happy to move our business to them, and so far, it has been a pleasure working with them. As a new and innovative business in the home insurance industry we have worked with TVC on a “bureau” basis as our customer support needs are not yet at a level that requires a dedicated, full time customer support team.
This has meant our customers get the support they need via Live Chat, Voice and Email in a matter of seconds whilst OneClickCover Ltd is not burdened with the more onerous costs associated with a full-time, dedicated support team. Initially we started with just voice, however due to the excellent quality of service TVC have provided, we subsequently moved LiveChat & Email to them as well. The relationship has so far worked very well and allows us to manage our costs as we grow and eventually, we will make the transition to full-time support.
The Verity Centre supported our business with an extreme short tight turnaround. I called Marianne on a Thursday and she arranged for the team to be in place and trained by the following Friday and taking calls the next week. It was a pleasure working in partnership with The Verity Centre, with them taking calls to support our business we increased our Service Levels by 10%.
The management team at The Verity Centre, have a great sense of urgency, they were in continual communication with our team, building good solid relationships and completing calibration sessions making sure the team onsite were delivering exceptional calls to our customers. The verity centre team are creators of positive energy, it is fantastic that we will continue the relationship built and use their services again in the future if required.
