Sales & Service Install Executive

The Verity Centre, a boutique outsource contact centre are looking to bring in talented and dynamic Sales & Service Executives for our exciting new client.

 

We represent one of the UK’s leading Energy Data Collection and Meter Operations service providers. Through our clients integrated metering and data solutions, they manage over 4 million assets on behalf of energy suppliers and business customers, covering the industrial & commercial (I&C) and domestic markets.

The Verity Centre is based in Havant, which is located on the South Coast in Havant not far from Portsmouth, our offices are just a 7-minute walk from the train station, and 5 minutes from other travel routes.

 

Hours – 37.5 per week – hours Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 on a rota basis

What will I be responsible for?

As a Sales & Service Install Executive, you will be responsible for making proactive outbound calls with small to medium sized businesses to organise the scheduling of Meter Installation Bookings.

 

 

This will involve:

  • Representing our client’s brand.
  • Using effective influencing & closing skills to book Meter Installation Appointments.
  • Achieving Quality Targets.
  • Overachieving individual, team objectives and clients KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Updating accurately our clients’ systems
  • Full ownership of all calls, ensuring effective and efficient communication

We are looking for individuals that are:

  • Confident, persuasive, highly motivated individual and team player
  • Accurate data entry and written skills
  • Excellent verbal and confident communication skills.
  • Proven sales & service skills
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections.
  • A want / wish to succeed.
  • Be Determined and Persistent.
  • Be focused and results orientated
